The British Library have launched a public version of its nineteenth century
British Library Newspaper website. Here you have an enormouse wealth of material consisting of two million
difitised pages of 19th century newspapers from 49 national and regional UK titles. The site has a lot of
free-to-view content, but to see the rest and download full-text articles there is a charge. Hail the nearest
braugham and head over to newspapers.bl.uk/
